This site is truly cumbersome and awful to use in the way of lack of technical support for user issues. Additionally, I signed up for an account 3 times and this site had no record of my profile and no option for resolution, and so far as I can read, I didn't infringe upon the user agreement. ( I tried Match for a short time some time ago, but man, the whole cost/pay up front thing must be new ). That being said, paying through the nose is still a better option when you consider the time and frustration of the alternative. I wouldn't recommend this site based on this experience.
