I signed up for their service for 6 months. My credit card company sent me an immediately text message advising me of the charge. At the same time Petpeoplemeet.com asked if I wanted to upgrade my account for an additional $3.99. While I was reading the question I received another text message from my credit card company's Fraud Division asking if I had authorized an additional charge of $3.99. I wasn't even done with the question and Pet People had already put through the charge without my authorization.
I called the Fraud division and was told they could not dispute it while it was pending so I tried to contact Pet People Meet. Of course, no phone number and they only way to email them is to use one of their FAQs. I did so and wrote a memo about the issue. I received a ridiculous canned response. I've written twice since but haven't received a response. I don't trust them with my credit card. I realize the charge was only $3.99 but it was unauthorized and there is no telling what other fraudulent charges they will make on my card. They do not stand behind their product and they do not provide any customer assistance whatsoever.
