Stay clear of this website - it is terrible and the customer service is appalling! It takes them over a week to respond to your messages/emails and they don't even bother to reply to some of them. They have a telephone number but if you call it they disconnect you after you listen to two recorded messages. I asked to cancel my membership due to the rubbish customer service and they threatened to send in the baliffs or 'Collectors' to collect a whole years worth of membership fees!!!
