I have had a negative experience as all that I met on Match.com were scammers. I reported all of them and their sites are still up there. Customer services is not that. You cannot get a refund unless you do not use the service. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of people on the site or the service from match it is just too bad. I would think twice on using this site unless you want to attract scammers and liars.
