Kletsen is a Dutch and Belgian online chat website with several thousand members. The site is moderated daily and has free forums, chatrooms, picture profiles and a games room.
It can only be displayed in Dutch, although Google translate is a handy tool that will let you view it in any language you choose.

Services on the site are free. To start, simply choose a screen-name and enter your email. You'll be sent a password that will give you access to the site. Once online, you'll need to add some additional details to your profile. You won't be able to move on until you complete this step.
Profile Search
The profile search lets you locate people by screen-name, location, their relationship status, if they have pets, if they have a photo... Profiles are basic, with most containing some brief facts, together with a photo. The main sections of the site, where most members hang-out, are the forums, and the chat system (live chatting in chatrooms).
While there are plenty of other chat sites to choose from, Kletsen is designed with the Dutch user in mind.
