Hi all, well I'm very sorry you have all had the same problem with this dreadful company. I too cancelled my sub in October and they have billed me for November and December. I am thoroughly annoyed and frustrated. I have send them numerous emails, some abusive, but this is how they have resorted me as I am not usually like this at all.
I'm sure this can't be legal. If anyone logs back on to read any more comments in this section please please let's make a stand here. I will fight this all the way; I am determined to get my money back.
To John: Can I just say that on my profile it won't let me log off so it would appear that I am online constantly and it is very annoying for those poor men trying to contact me and think I am being rude when of course I'm not online.
