Spencer (the owner) did everything he could to keep my money (which as over a hundred dollars) when I tried to cancel just a few days later from not being happy with the service. I got back automated e-mails. I even managed get his "business" number which is just a cell phone line that he uses to avoid being contacted. I had to contact paypal in order to get some kind of refund. Not even Paypal could reach him to get a response.
