I was very excited to join this site. I imagined it would be full of people with a lot in common with me. Boy was I wrong. I had no more than 10 matches the entire time I was on the site, and none of them had enough in common with me for me to be interested. Most of the people who contacted me lived far away. They definitely don't take your interests into consideration when picking your matches. I disabled my account and forgot about it until - SURPRISE - yesterday they deducted $61 from my account. I contacted them, furious, saying I deserve a refund since my account is inactive and I do not use it. Their customer service replied in a cocky manner, and told me they refuse to give any refunds. Wow. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this site. Please beware. I do not recommend joining this site. Horrible customer service, and a total rip off!
