Did this back in the 90's, so it was a completely manual process; go into office, view videos or profiles in binders, find people and make selections to staff member. Several ladies had too many pending requests, so I couldn't select them.
You had to use their professional photographer, which was a joke...you can get better pictures from the photo booth at Sear's. I met with member reps on a few occasions for hints/tips why I wasn't getting selected, but they blew me off and said my profile's great, it just takes time.
After three years, I was NEVER selected by a female member and had ONE half-hour coffee date while she was getting the oil changed in her car. The LA and Irvine offices are now no longer in business...guess the internet and Match/EH/POF/etc. caught up with them.
