The customer service folks never responded to my questions.
After a couple of seemingly good email changes with some other members, who seemed very interested in getting to know me, the communication was suddenly dropped when I suggested that they write to my personal email address because my membership was ending soon. I never heard from them again, which raises many questions.
Very glad that I did not spend more than the cost of one month. Joining another site and just seeking members that stay in shape is likely a much better option!
