Do not visit this site..go to Loveshack where they give great support and provide wonderful feedback for your issues. I was banned for no reason..none..posted a thread about an issue that was taking place and wanted to have some answers. The same thread started on LS, but phrased in a different way for dating advice. By the time I went back to reply, there was a life ban for trolling. The moderators are very rude and incredibly spiteful! Promise that no rules within their agreements were broken, they just happen to be ban trigger happy. It wasn't even past 24 hours that the account remained open, I've received no reply when emailing them for information. Take it to Loveshack and avoid this site entirely!
