I wish I would have seen this site previously. I have to agree with the low ratings. I believe this is the worst site I personally have ever used. The lowest return of interest from other members. I would say my reply rate was below 5%. Pretty sad. I also would have to say they have the worst customer service of any of the sites, and that is saying a lot ! The other sites dont have great customer service but eharmony is terrible. I've tried to contact a number of times with NO response back from them. I would NOT recommend this site !
