Eharmony is the worst site to give your credit information to. The matches are so not worth it and they refuse to work with you. If you have a problem that needs to be addressed there is NO ONE YOU CAN SPEAK WITH! You only can contact them by email and it takes 7-10 business days before they get back to you and in the mean while they are still taking money from your account. If they are taking your money you should be able to speak to someone that can help you, not just someone who tells you they can't help and give you an email address to complain with. That is ridiculous and a rip off!
