Very poor customer service. Deceptive billing practices, If they are treating others the way they did my account, no wonder why they have a poor review .Contacting customer service is at least a 20 min wait and you have to listen and respond to advertisement or you will be disconnected. They will bill you for service you did not ask for, will not give a credit if you ask.You ask for people within 50 miles from you and get them 800 miles away. You will be very disappointed if you choose eharmony.
