BUYER BEWARE
I have been a customer of eHarmony for many years. I have not meet the ONE for me. I have meet many great women through EH that remain friends. So why such a bad review, summed up, Customer NO service.
I decided I needed a break and decided not to review my membership. I was actually excited that it would be off on Jan 17, 2015. I even edited my post to state that I would be leaving the site on Jan 15th. I would check regularly to confirm that my account was not on auto renew.
Imagine my surprise when my account was debited on Jan 18. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I called customer service who were nice but they could do nothing except send me an email to request a refund. Imagine my surprise when I received an email stating that "they had reviewed the case" and you still have to pay for the service even though I wasn't using it. I would not ever recommend EH again. Find a local match maker who will send you quality people with none of the BS.
Read the fine print.
Never again will I return
