Profiles
The site prioritizes profiles that are fully complete. So if you don't have a photo or other details your profile will get a lower ranking in the search so people will find it much harder to find you.
They recommend at least one good face photo. If you're worried about privacy you can place any photos you choose into a private locker.

The search is fairly good. You can get right down to specifics such as body type, eye color, and hair color. You can also select by ethnicity.

Men can choose from three subscription types on ArrangementFinders. A full yearly membership, a three month executive membership and an introductory membership for one month are offered.
