Customer service is deplorable. I have written FOUR times about the same issue and I am not even given the courtesy of a response. Very sad.
They have made efforts to allow members to distinguish between "bots" and real folks. They have improved the instant messenger function dramatically over recent times. You can get on fairly well as a non-paid member but certainly will find it more enjoyable as a paying member.
Their efforts at building site become rather meaningless when they cannot respond to issues that develop on-site.
