To join, new members must complete a one-page registration form and upload a face photo. Members can also augment their profiles with media such as video and music clips, photo albums, a comment wall, and their own blog. All services on the site are free of charge. New joiners can't communicate with others until their profile photo is approved (which is usually done within 24-hours).

Using the profile search should reveal people matching your chosen criteria: Gender (man, woman or lady boy) as well as country and city of dwelling can be chosen. There's also another option that lets you give your “mood”. For example, you can say you're feeling aggressive, artistic, bored, tired, bashful, sleepy…etc. Members can set their current “mood” when they are online. Your search will then reveal those people who match your chosen mood. Whether this works of not, I'll let you decide for yourself.

As well as being a dating service, the site also offers a wide variety of other material such as dating articles, numerous forums, visitor polls, and member's own blogs. There's also a photo rating tool that will show you other member's face pictures at random and you can rate them (1 to 5).

FilipinaEyes is a decent site that has an active and engaging community of members. While the user interface itself looks a bit “busy” it works well and it does offer a good selection of services (all of which are free), and will therefore interest those seeking to make new friends or romantic connections with Philippino singles.
